Bonow:Well， certainly the advantage of TAVI is that our patients want this.  This field is moving very， very rapidly.  Five years ago or six years ago this was a good idea with lots of skepticism and now it’s a proven fact that one can do this.  In Europe we see that over ten thousand patents have had percutaneous valve replacements.
