[CIT2013]如何对经导管主动脉瓣置换术中的主动脉根部做出最佳评估

主动脉瓣狭窄是老年人最常见的瓣膜病。主动脉瓣狭窄的自然病程不良,大约50%的患者存活不会超过2年。主动脉置换术可以改善主动脉狭窄患者的远期生存率。然而,尽管手术有获益,有大约1/3的老年患者被认为无法接受手术。
